Life Education

Life Education

On Tuesday we had our first session in the Life Education caravan. After the session Clair (the teacher who was teaching us through our session) gave out booklets about W.O.F.  W.o.f  stands for Warrant of Fitness. Clair was teaching us about what to eat and what not to eat.
-These are my questions:

1. Who decides what to eat?
The person that decides what to eat in the family is we all take turns like on Monday my aunty chooses what to eat and then the next person.

2. What food do you see advertised?
The type of food that you see advertised on t.v and other places are..... Fast food, vegetables, chocolate, doughnuts, Fizzy Drinks, and water

3.What should you drink?
The drink that you should drink every day is water.
There are some other drinks that are good for you like  Ribena.

Netbook Statement

Netbook Reflection:
Hi my name is Leila and I am a year 7 student at Panmure Bridge School.  This is my netbook reflection for 2012.

There are positive things about having a netbook, such as we can create presentations, we can comment on other classes or other school’s blog.  Our netbooks have spell check which is faster to mark the misspelled words, we have google docs which is easier for the teacher to mark our work, and the teacher can leave comments on our work so we can fix them.

Having a netbook can be really awesome but there are some negative things about having a netbook such as, you can have bad handwriting because you have been typing a lot on your netbook.  Some people can be on the wrong sites, and sometimes the internet is slow and your netbook might have been frozen so you would have to restart your netbook.

The unusual things about our netbooks is we have shortcuts, You can change the font to what you want, I found the google docs unusual because when I log in to my documents the google docs version has changed.
